    • National reviews revealed significant variability in QI education and a disconnect between educational objectives and organizational priorities.

    Purpose of the Study:

    • To develop a web-based platform designed to enhance trainee engagement in QI initiatives.
    • To better align QI education with best practice methodologies and institutional priorities.

    Main Methods:

    • A needs assessment survey identified barriers trainees faced in QI project participation.
    • A web-based clearinghouse, the QI Platform, was developed based on survey results.
    • Platform utilization was analyzed over a 2.5-year period.
