On the cerebral localization of constructional apraxia

Twenty patients with constructional apraxia, their only neuropsychological impairment, were examined. On the basis of CT-findings it could be shown that the syndrome is very close connected with lesions of the right hemisphere of the brain (parietal brain-cortical and subcortical-and parieto-occipital border areas).
