Summary

Peripheral nerve blocks (PNBs) like SPGB, GONB, and TPI offer effective treatment for postdural puncture headache (PDPH), significantly reducing pain. While PNBs are a viable alternative, they do not entirely replace the need for epidural blood patches (EBPs).
