Effects of High-Intensity Interval Training After Stroke (the HIIT-Stroke Study): A Multicenter Randomized Controlled

High-intensity interval training (HIIT) did not improve peak oxygen uptake (Vo2peak) in stroke survivors compared to standard care. However, HIIT showed improvements in secondary measures immediately after the intervention period.

- Further research may explore optimal HIIT protocols for stroke rehabilitation.
