Risk factors for ischemic complications in vascular reconstructive surgeries

Vascular reconstruction surgery for cerebral aneurysms carries risks of ischemic complications, particularly with clipping and in cases involving radial artery grafts. Preoperative antithrombotic therapy may reduce these risks.
