Single Ilioinguinal Approach to Treat Complex Acetabular Fractures with Quadrilateral Plate Involvement: Outcomes

The dynamic anterior plate-screw system (DAPSQ) offers an effective and safe method for treating complex acetabular fractures involving the quadrilateral plate. This technique, using quadrilateral screws via an ilioinguinal approach, achieved good reduction and functional outcomes in most patients.
