Computed tomography (CT) scan findings for multi-drug-resistant tuberculosis (MDR-TB) and extensively drug-resistant tuberculosis (XDR-TB) patients are largely similar. However, XDR-TB patients show increased parenchymal calcification, suggesting CT is not sensitive for diagnosis.
