    Background:

    Purpose of the Study:

    • To compare the effectiveness of two educational methods (workshop vs. multimedia) on nurses' EBP skills and commitment.
    • To assess the impact of these methods on the adoption of EBP in nursing practice.

    Main Methods:

    • A randomized controlled trial involving 90 nurses assigned to workshop, multimedia, or control groups.
    • Assessment of EBP skills and commitment at baseline and one month post-intervention.
    • Statistical analysis to determine significant differences between groups.

    Main Results:

    • Both workshop and multimedia interventions significantly enhanced nurses' EBP skills compared to the control group (p < .05).
