  • Despite treatment, the patient succumbed to progressive local and metastatic disease 13 months post-diagnosis.

Implications:

  • This case underscores the aggressive behavior and poor prognosis of ethmoid sinus osteogenic sarcoma.
  • The potential link between prior radiation exposure and tumor development warrants further investigation.
