Isolated pulmonary valvular stenosis with equilateral triangle orifice

This study presents a rare case of mild pulmonary valvular stenosis in an adult woman. The unique finding was an equilateral triangle-shaped pulmonary valve orifice, previously undescribed in medical literature.
