Summary

Rotational thromboelastometry (ROTEM) did not reveal differences in coagulation profiles between children with chronic spontaneous urticaria (CSU) and healthy controls. This suggests coagulation status, as assessed by ROTEM, may not be a key factor in pediatric CSU.
