Autoimmune hypocalciuric hypercalcemia (AHH) is caused by autoantibodies blocking the calcium-sensing receptor (CaSR). This study identified CaSR antibodies in two patients, confirming AHH and aiding diagnosis of this rare autoimmune disorder.
