Background:
With the increasing number of minimally invasive cosmetic procedures, the possibility of complications is increasing. So, every ophthalmologist could encounter it in their private practice.
Patients And Methods:
We show 4 cases of filler migration and persistent eyelid edema along with the evolution of our approach from the first case in 9 years ago until today.
Therapy And Outcomes:
Every patient improved after an injection of hyaluronidase, even after experiencing many years of persistent edema.
Conclusions:
Every ophthalmologist should be aware of this possible complication after filler injection and its simple and cost-effective therapy to avoid unnecessary investigations and costs.
