Do current scientific reports of hydronephrosis make the grade?

The Upper Tract Dilation (UTD) classification for congenital hydronephrosis is rarely used in publications. Society for Fetal Urology (SFU) grading and Anterior-Posterior Diameter (APD) measurements are more common, with many studies not using any system.
