Cytotoxic androstane derivatives from Sarcococca ruscifolia

Four new androstane derivatives, Sarcorusones A-D, were identified from Sarcococca ruscifolia. These compounds, along with known steroids, showed moderate cytotoxic activity against melanoma and lung cancer cells.
