Electrochemotherapy offers a novel treatment for recurring renal cell carcinoma (RCC) when standard methods fail. This case report shows its effectiveness in managing multifocal RCC recurrence in a challenging anatomical location.

- This technique was suitable when other ablative methods were not indicated.

- Electrochemotherapy is a potential therapeutic option for select cases of renal cell carcinoma recurrence.
- This minimally invasive approach may be beneficial for multifocal or anatomically challenging recurrences.
- Further research is warranted to establish the role of electrochemotherapy in RCC management.
