Type 2 inflammation in chronic rhinosinusitis without nasal polyps: Another relevant endotype

Type 2 immune responses are present in nearly half of chronic rhinosinusitis without nasal polyps (CRSsNP) patients, leading to eosinophilic inflammation and increased asthma risk. This finding highlights the clinical impact of type 2 inflammation in CRSsNP.
