Summary

Optical coherence tomography (OCT) measures vitreous inflammation in uveitis. The vitreous to retinal pigment epithelial layer (VIT/RPE) ratio reliably correlates with Nussenblatt scores, offering a new clinical metric for assessing ocular inflammation.
