Summary

Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) can cause serious central nervous system (CNS) complications, including seizures and cerebrovascular disease. Promptly considering COVID-19 in patients with neurological symptoms aids diagnosis and improves outcomes.
