Very High-Dose Furosemide Continuous Infusions: A Case Series.

Very high-dose furosemide continuous infusions significantly increase urine output for volume removal. This novel strategy demonstrated safety, with no worsening renal function or ototoxicity observed in patients.

- Very high-dose furosemide continuous infusions effectively increase diuresis without compromising renal function or causing electrolyte disturbances.
- This strategy appears safe regarding ototoxicity and hypotension, warranting further investigation.
