COVID-19: Incidental Diagnosis by 18F-FDG PET/CT

A 73-year-old man with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease initially evaluated for back pain was incidentally diagnosed with COVID-19. The F-FDG PET/CT scan, intended for cancer screening, revealed pulmonary findings consistent with the viral infection.
