A 12-week wearable-based program, including a device, app, and physical therapist (PT) counseling, significantly improved moderate-to-vigorous physical activity (MVPA) in knee osteoarthritis (OA) patients. This intervention enhanced physical activity levels for individuals managing knee OA.
