Are Denture Adhesives Safe for Oral Cells?

Zinc-containing denture adhesives significantly reduced human gingival cell viability and increased reactive oxygen species (ROS) production. Poligrip Flavour Free Fixative Cream showed higher cell viability compared to other tested denture adhesives.
