Short-Term Ventricular Structural Changes Following Left Ventricular Assist Device Implantation

Left ventricular assist device (LVAD) implantation improves left ventricular (LV) volume and shape, indicating reverse remodeling. However, right ventricular (RV) shape remains unchanged, and RV function worsens post-implantation.
