Purpose of the Study:

To address the underutilization of professional websites by school nurses.
To enhance the professional image and public understanding of school nursing.
To provide resources for school nurses to develop their own practice websites.

Main Methods:

A national audit of existing school nurse websites was conducted.
A survey of school nurses assessed current website usage and perceived barriers.
A school nurse website toolkit was developed based on audit and survey findings.

Main Results:

National audit revealed minimal use of professional websites by school nurses.
Survey data indicated a lack of resources and knowledge hindering website development.
The developed toolkit aims to bridge this gap by offering practical guidance.
