This study introduces a novel multi-layer printed circuit board (PCB) Rogowski coil sensor for accurately measuring individual chip currents in press-pack insulated gate bipolar transistors (IGBTs). The developed sensor enhances the reliability of high-power direct current (DC) transmission systems.
