A novel technique using a 28-Jackson dilator successfully treated arytenoid cartilage subluxation, improving vocal fold mobility and voice quality. This method offers a less invasive option for managing cricoarytenoid joint injuries.

- Immediate improvement in laryngeal mobility and patient-reported voice quality was observed post-procedure.
- Six-month follow-up demonstrated improved arytenoid height, vocal fold movement, glottic closure, and reduced voice handicap index.

- The 28-Jackson dilator presents a viable, non-traumatic tool for manipulating the cricoarytenoid joint in cases of subluxation.
- This approach may offer an alternative to traditional surgical methods for arytenoid subluxation, potentially reducing vocal process trauma.
