Examiners' decision-making processes in observation-based clinical examinations

Assessing health students in objective structured clinical examinations (OSCEs) is cognitively demanding for examiners, especially for borderline candidates. Improving examiner calibration and aligning marking criteria with a shared graduate standard can enhance judgment accuracy and reduce workload.
