Mycophenolate mofetil (MMF) treatment improved exercise tolerance and reduced leg discomfort in patients with systemic sclerosis-interstitial lung disease (SSc-ILD). These findings suggest MMF may benefit SSc-ILD patients, warranting further investigation in larger trials.
