Acute Lumbar Paraspinal Compartment Syndrome After Strenuous Exercise: A Case Report.

Acute lumbar paraspinal compartment syndrome (APCS) is a rare condition. Early MRI diagnosis and surgical decompression with fasciotomy led to complete recovery in a young man after weight training.
