Paracervical blocks facilitate timely brachytherapy amidst COVID-19

This study shows that paracervical blocks and oral multimodal analgesia enable clinic-based brachytherapy for cervical cancer, reducing patient and staff exposure during the pandemic. This approach successfully treated 97% of eligible patients with minimal pain.
