Does Having a Rotator Cuff Repair Before Total Shoulder Arthroplasty Influence Outcomes?

Total shoulder arthroplasty (TSA) significantly improves outcomes for patients with a history of rotator cuff repair (RCR). Outcomes after TSA are comparable between patients with and without prior RCR, indicating successful treatment for both groups.
