Summary

This study found that electroencephalography (EEG) and functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) asymmetry indices correlate in children with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), particularly in the inattention subgroup. Altered alpha and theta EEG bands suggest attentional processing deficits in ADHD.
