[Informativeness of scinti- and sonography in the diagnosis of thyroid adenoma]

Abstract:
The informative value of scinti- and sonography was assessed in 78 patients operated on for thyroid adenoma. Both methods brought about no specific information for the diagnosis of thyroid adenoma and made it possible to choose adequate therapeutic methods in most cases and spot biopsy in doubtful cases.
