[Iatrogenic anisocoria after using a scopolamine patch for PONV prophylaxis]

A scopolamine patch used for postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV) can cause temporary unilateral mydriasis (anisocoria). This ophthalmological side effect, though rare, should be considered by clinicians when prescribing scopolamine patches.
