Purpose of the Study:

To analyze knowledge production from a master's degree in nursing program.
To identify key areas and outcomes of graduate nursing research.

Main Methods:

Qualitative retrospective documentary study.
Analysis of 83 dissertations from a university repository and program website.
Categorization of dissertations into five key areas: worker's health, care management, systematization of nursing care, health education, and nursing care.

Main Results:

Identified good practices including manuals, guides, protocols, software, and products for care systematization.
Evidence of a focus on improving care practices and interventions.
Demonstrated commitment to health education and continuing education initiatives.
