Vaccination rates in Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) patients are low, with only 2% fully immunized. Improving adherence to recommended vaccines is crucial for comprehensive IBD care and infection prevention.

- Vaccination should be considered by the multidisciplinary team from the time of IBD diagnosis.
