Background:

Immediate loading of dental implants presents a clear advantage over conventional multi-stage procedures.
Extended treatment times and temporary prostheses can deter patients from choosing implant-supported restorations.

Purpose of the Study:

To evaluate the outcomes of immediately loading single-tooth implants placed in the aesthetic zone.
To assess the feasibility and success rate of immediate functional loading in anterior dental implantology.

Main Methods:

Twenty-four patients received single-tooth implants (Uniti Implant System) in the anterior aesthetic zone.
A one-stage surgical procedure was employed, followed by immediate provisional crown placement on the same day.
Permanent prostheses were fitted after six months, with follow-up assessments over one year.

Main Results:

The study evaluated 24 implants placed in 24 patients (12 male, 12 female).
A high success rate of osseointegration was observed, with 23 out of 24 implants (95.8%) showing successful integration after one year.
Immediate loading with a temporary prosthesis was clinically successful.

Conclusions:

Immediately loaded dental implants demonstrate successful osseointegration, comparable to conventional loading protocols.
This immediate loading protocol offers significant benefits for both patients and dental practitioners, reducing overall treatment time.
Immediate loading of single-tooth implants in the aesthetic zone is a viable alternative to conventional methods.
