Summary

In pediatric Bell's palsy (BP), elevated neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) and C-reactive protein-to-albumin ratio (CAR) indicate poor prognosis. The CAR is a more valuable prognostic marker than NLR for children with BP.
