Rational guidewire use in the coronary chronic total occlusion interventions

Selecting the right guidewire is key for successful coronary chronic total occlusion (CTO) interventions. Polymeric and moderate stiff tip guidewires, especially the Pilot brand, improve procedural success in less complex CTO cases.
