Venous Air Embolism Identified by 18F-Fluorocholine Dual-Phase PET/CT

18F-fluorocholine PET/CT effectively localized a parathyroid adenoma in a patient with primary hyperparathyroidism. Dual time point imaging aided in distinguishing adenoma uptake from transient artifacts like air embolisms.
