Background:

- Immunohistochemistry confirmed the spindle cells were positive for alpha-smooth muscle actin but negative for desmin, S-100, and von Willebrand factor.
- These findings differentiate the tumor from other spindle cell neoplasms.
- The tumor was diagnosed as a solitary testicular myofibroma.

- This report represents the first documented instance of a solitary testicular myofibroma in any animal species.
