Leadless pacing in the elderly: never too old for something new.

Leadless pacemakers, like the Micra Transcatheter Pacing System (M-TPS), offer a safe and effective option for elderly patients. This study shows M-TPS implantation in patients aged 80 and over yields comparable outcomes to younger individuals.
