Awake Mapping of the Auditory Cortex during Tumor Resection in an Aspiring Musical Performer: A Case Report

This study presents a new surgical approach for brain tumors affecting musicians. It successfully preserved the patient's musical abilities using advanced brain imaging and intraoperative mapping techniques.
