Therapeutic options for resectable second lung tumor after previous pneumonectomy: a SEER database analysis

For patients with a second lung tumor after pneumonectomy, sublobar resection or non-surgical options offer reasonable long-term survival with acceptable mortality. These treatments are viable for resectable postpneumonectomy second lung tumors.
