3D endoscopy shows enhanced anatomical details and depth perception vs 2D: a multicentre study

Standard 2D endoscopy offers better overall visualization than 3D endoscopy for functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS). While 3D provides enhanced depth perception, 2D remains superior for routine surgical feasibility and image quality.
