Congenital central corneal dermoid: A rare entity

Central corneal dermoids (CD) may originate differently than limbal dermoids (LD). Immunohistochemistry revealed distinct antigenic profiles, with CD showing more mesodermal markers, suggesting a unique developmental pathway for these rare corneal tumors.
