Microbial spectrum and antibiotic sensitivity in infantile dacryocystitis

Infantile dacryocystitis is most commonly caused by Staphylococcus epidermidis. While microbial sensitivity to many antibiotics is increasing, a concerning trend of decreasing sensitivity to amikacin was also observed over ten years.
