A randomized phase 1 single-dose polysomnography study of ASP8062, a GABAB receptor positive allosteric modulator

This study found that ASP8062, a GABAB receptor modulator, increased slow-wave sleep (SWS) and growth hormone (GH) release in healthy adults. These findings suggest CNS penetration and enhanced GABAergic activity.
