  • Nitofurantoin is effective against Acinetobacter, while Erythromycin, Colistin, and Ceftriaxone are recommended for E. faecalis, A. baumannii, and Klebsiella, respectively.
  • Targeted antimicrobial therapy based on identified microbial prevalence can improve patient outcomes and infection control in critical care settings.
